Brew day: Dunkelweizen (20080713)
This brew went pretty smoothly. I got an OG of 1.055 opposed to the predicted 1.062, giving me 66% brewhouse efficiency (BJCP says 1.056 is the high end anyway). I think this is mainly due to poor sparging; I didn’t prepare enough sparge water, so the mash dried out somewhat and clumped together.
